Morelia, Mich. – The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Michoacán (FGE), obtained from a Control Judge linked to prosecution against J. Guadalupe B., second involved in the crime of a murder committed on June 13 in the grievance of Alejandro Z.
On the day on appointment, the victim was repairing a vehicle along with others at a cointzio Avenue home, where a Chevrolet, Suburban-type pickup truck arrived from which J. Guadalupe B. descended, and José Adalberto P., the latter currently in process, and after asking about the aggrieved, triggered a firearm against him causing him injuries that caused his death.
Upon knew of the wrongdoing, the Doloso Homicide Prosecutor’s Office integrated the Investigative Folder and gathered evidence of the possible relationship of the investigated person, from whom he applied for an arrest warrant that has already been completed.
At the hearing, J. Guadalupe B., it was submitted to the court that, once it rated each of the evidence provided by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, resolved its link to prosecution and as an injunction established informal pre-trial detention, in addition to establishing a period of three months for the closure of the investigation.
