Uruapan, Michoacán.- A couple riding a motorbike were shot dead by unknown subjects who after committing the attack went on the run. As a result of the attack, the victims lost their lives, according to information provided to this news agency by police sources.
The event was on the Uruapan-San Juan Nuevo road, at the height of the Tenencia de Jicalán in this municipality of Uruapan. Motorists transiting the area tracked down the deceased and immediately called the police and paramedics. When rescuers arrived, they confirmed the decess of the offended.
Subsequently, the guardians of the order cordoned off the area to preserve existing signs. The investigation folder on the subject was initiated by the staff of the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Michoacán, who at the conclusion of the proceedings were responsible for bringing the bodies to the facilities of the Forensic Medical Service of the region for the practice of the competent studies.
