Health authorities reported 267 deaths by COVID-19, bringing 219,590 deaths recognized by authorities to now.
They also recorded 3,090 more cases, ranging from 2 million,371,483 people who have been sick from the virus since the onset of the epidemic.

However, 17 thousand 913 (less than 1%) are considered active cases of COVID, because they have symptoms in the last 14 days.
At a press conference, they argued that the trend of suspected cases fell by 15%, between weeks 16 and 17 of the year.
Apply 230 thousand more COVID vaccines
So far, 21 million 589,272 vaccines have been applied in Mexico, of which 9 million 637 thousand 32 correspond to complete schemes.
This also implies that 14 million 368 thousand 460 people already have at least one dose against COVID.
On 11 May, 230 thousand 301 COVID vaccines were applied.
