Mexico.-The National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI), released the National Survey of Occupation and Employment, new edition (ENOE), of the figures for the month of June, which reported 2.3 million people unemployed which meant a fall of 483,627 people with respect to the same period of 2020, month in which the largest decrease in unemployment was presented by the first effects of the pandemic of Covid-19.De according to the figures, as of June of this year, the Economically Active Population (EAP) reached 57.4 million people aged 15 years or older, which meant a participation rate of 58.5%.
