The first serious complaint against the ‘Colts’ was made by Gino Valentini, former sports manager of the institution, who accused endless irregularities of the club during his period in which he worked. Then, the footballers José Huentelaf and Ricardo Fuenzalida admitted the double contracts in the institution presided over by Leonardo Zúñiga and delivered details that appeared as ‘forceful’ for the Tribunal.Deportes Melipilla will be able to appeal to the second room of the Disciplinary Court. If the punishment is maintained, Huachipato would be saved from direct relegation and would play the promotion with Deportes Copiapó, winner of the Primera B league, leaving Curicó Unido out of all danger.
