Nahir Galarza pointed to her father as the author of her boyfriend’s murder: “I didn’t kill Fernando, it was dad”

Nahir Galarza, the young Argentine woman sentenced to life in prison in 2018 for the murder of her ex-partner Fernando Pastorizzo, returned to the center of the news after assuring that she was not the author of the murder, but her father, Marcelo Galarza. “I didn’t kill Fernando, it was Dad. I want you to accuse the real murderer and the corrupt people who covered up what really happened that day,” were the words he said to his lawyer, Raquel Hermida Leyenda and that were consigned by the trans-Andean media TN.  The jurist went this Friday to the Criminal Prosecutor’s Office of Turn in Paraná to file a complaint against Galarza father and also against the prosecutor of the case, Sergio Rondoni Caffa, in addition to the first defense lawyer of the convict, Marcelo Reborsio. Thus, the lawyer indicated that “the interdisciplinary team obtained the missing data to complete Nahir’s account. There was a gap, something she didn’t say. We were able to check it out. Unfortunately we confirm that the word patriarchy is not a feminist word, but a judicial one.” “Fernando’s real killer could only be free with the consent of lawyers, prosecutors and officials of the Judiciary. He was only 19 years old and took four years to speak. Why did he do it? Because they didn’t defend her from sexual abuse.”
