Lit Killah fuses folklore with urban folklore in his new single “La Trampa es Ley”

Argentine artist Lit Killah opens 2022 with the release of the single “La Trampa es Ley”, produced by Big One, which combines the urban genre and folklore. The track includes a sample of “La Ley y la Trampa”, a popular song by chaqueño Palavecino. La Trampa es Ley” mixes the urban and the traditional in a successful way bringing a powerful trap with the bass of the Argentine product Big One.

With regard to the video clip, which has the direction of Agustín Portela, you can see the mixture between hip hop and folklore and, between comings and goings, creates two worlds in which Lit Killah is characterized as a gaucho and as a rapper. In addition, in the audiovisual material the sequences play, through planes and transition effects, with images that trigger the metaphor of the apple and the temptation that both the sampled song and the new track use. On the other hand, the Argentine rapper premiered during 2021 his debut album “Mawz”, which featured the participation of prominent artists from the national urban scene such as Duki, María Becerra, Tiago Pzk and FMK. In turn, he crowned last year with five shows at the Gran Rex Theater, located in the City of Buenos Aires, and then extended his tour to Córdoba, Mendoza and other provinces of Argentina.
