Sinaloan Karate selection shines in Zacatecas

This weekend the Sinaloan Karate Team participated in the National Karate Championship held in the state of Zacatecas. The Sinaloan team was made up of several young people from different municipalities but it was the elements of Badiraguato who raised their hands by adding 8 medals in their participation. The athletes were commanded by sensei Juan Manuel Peregrina. The weekend saw more than 1,650 competitors who will be looking for a ticket to the 35th Pan American Karate Championships to be held this year in Curacao. In this way the Sinaloan karatecas set the example and left with a great prize in their hands. María Fernanda also made history by hanging two medals, a Gold in Kata and Bronze in Kumite. Diego Beltrán was another of the winners who took a Silver in Kata and a Bronze in Kumite and the last but not least Melanny Solanch who also won 2 medals, a Silver in Kata and a Bronze in Kumite.
