Successful conclusion of second day of Children’s Camp in Sonora

Nogales.- With the addition of more children, the First Great Children’s Camp of Holy Week carried out by the Nogalense and Sonoran Institute of Youth, is developed with enormous success. With various sports, recreational, educational and cultural activities, both dependencies carry out this event in the sports and aquatic facilities of El Represo in which around 200 children participate. In order to promote physical and mental health, in young people, the Nogalense Youth Institute in coordination with the Sonoran Youth Institute (ISJ), have been carrying out these workshops on April 11, 12, 13 and 14. The second day of the camp, had the visit of the head of the ISJ, Rebeca Valenzuela Álvarez, who addressed a few words to the children present: “It is an enormous satisfaction to be able to replicate these activities in ten municipalities of the state, where hundreds of children can carry out sports, cultural activities, learn about nutrition and will be able to count on psychological attention,” said the head of the agency. For her part, Jennifer Olmos Cocoba said she felt very satisfied and grateful for the response they have had from the young people, and thanked the participation of the different government agencies that have supported these activities.
