WTCR: Néstor Girolami took the podium in Hungary

The Argentine Néstor Girolami, with Honda Civic, finished today in third position in the second race of the weekend of the World Touring Car Cup (WTCR) in Hungary, which for the fourth round of the championship of the specialty, was developed in the Hongarrorring, and won by the Uruguayan Santiago Urrutia, with Lynk & Co.In an exciting final in which Urrutia ended up taking the triumph over the British Rob Huff (Cupra), the Cordoban from Isla Verde, Néstor Girolami (Honda Civic) ascended to the third step of the podium. For the second time in the season, Girolami finished a WTCR competition on the podium, the same situation that had happened with the 1-2 for Honda along with the porteño Esteban Guerrieri in the first presentation in Pau Ville, France.On the side of Mataderos, Esteban Guerrieri, did not have the same luck, who finished eleventh after having started sixth. With these results, the leader of the championship after the fourth round is the Spanish Mikel Azcona, winner of the first competition of the day and ninth in the second, with 84 units, followed by Girolami with 75, nine of the leader, and third marches the Uruguayan Urrutia to 15 of Azcona with 69, and fourth was the Frenchman Ehrlacher, 66, and fifth Guerrieri with 56 units. The next presentation of the WTCR will be in two weekends, on June 25 and 26 with the fifth date at Motorland in Aragon, Spain.
