River fell on Wednesday to Colón de Santa Fe by 1 to 0, at the Brigadier Estanislao López stadium, for the third round of the Professional League, and remains winless in the local contest. The only goal of the match was converted by Ramón “Wanchope” Ábila, although the play was reviewed for six minutes by the VAR for an alleged offside of the striker. As for the game, during the first minutes of play, the cast commanded by Marcelo Gallardo exerted high pressure on his rival and came quite close to the area.
