President Alberto Fernández promulgated the oncopediatrics law and the modifications to the HIV law this Friday, July 15, in the Hall of Argentine Women of the Bicentennial of the Casa Rosada, where he was accompanied by the Minister of Health, Carla Vizzotti, within the framework of the signing of the promulgation of the laws. In a small act, which lasted about half an hour, the President and the minister stressed that the oncopediatrics and HIV laws “expand rights.” In addition, the Head of State welcomed the approval of both laws in a “particularly difficult” context, marked by the coronavirus pandemic and the war.
