Cristina Kirchner questioned judges and businessmen: “It becomes almost an impossible mission”

The Vice President of the Nation, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, pointed out against the maneuvers carried out by some companies in order to obtain precautionary measures in the Justice to make imports and obtain dollars at official value, which they then “rent” to other firms. In this sense, the former president said: “Rental of precautionary measures? So the companies that get a court order to take official dollars from the BCRA, also rent them?”, in his account in Twitter.De this way, he continued: “That one I did not have. An investigation by Customs, certain companies resorted to the Justice to obtain precautionary measures, which then “rented” them to other firms. In this way, a firm obtained a court order against the AFIP to be able to enter merchandise and release dollars from the Central Bank, and then, it transferred them to another importer. Faced with this situation, Customs discovered the maneuver that resulted in a criminal complaint and a fine. It is suspected that there would be many similar cases.
