Young people from Mendoza are summoned for important professional training in technologies

The high demand for talent in information technology is so wide worldwide, that the job possibilities are endless. However, reality shows that the supply of labor is very limited, so it is extremely necessary to train, enhance and constantly develop new profiles in this area.   In this sense, the Government of Mendoza, through the Ministry of Economy and Energy, together with the BGH Group, announced the landing in the province of Cloud Academy, an important professional training program in Cloud infrastructure.   This program, promoted by BGH Tech Partner and AEROS, the business units of the BGH Group specialized in digital transformation and Cloud technologies, is aimed at young people from Mendoza and Mendoza over 18 years old, students or with knowledge in topics related to the careers of Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Programming, Systems Analyst, or related.   The initiative, announced by referents of the provincial economic portfolio together with authorities of the firm, aims to provide the necessary tools for the development of new Mendoza talents through the implementation of a comprehensive work program in phases that will include, in principle, 3 intense months of training after selecting applicants.  “We are very happy to arrive with our program in the province of Mendoza. We perceive a great expectation and we are very excited to be able to collaborate with the promotion of local talent,” said Fernando Montero, COO BGH Tech Partner. A fact, not least, has to do with the fact that all those who apply, once they have passed a series of evaluation instances and who effectively demonstrate the knowledge acquired, will have serious possibilities of joining the staff of the firm to provide services to large national and international companies.    The program consists of theoretical and practical training in one of the most important public clouds in the world (Google Cloud) and access to personalized online training. Once this instance has been passed, students must take a proctored exam, which grants official international endorsement by Google Cloud in terms of the knowledge acquired. Those who pass this exam will be able to join the company’s young professionals program. Enrique Vaquié, Minister of Economy and Energy of the Government of Mendoza, commented: “Since the beginning of Governor Suarez’s administration, despite the macroeconomic conditions of the country, we have worked on how we create the ideal conditions for the creation of blank private employment. In the enlace y Enlazados employment promotion program, we have already exceeded 7400 people in just one year. There are more than 3000 entrepreneurs that we have financed in this period. This program is very important since in the knowledge economy table the topic of talent and training arise permanently. So thank you very much for allowing the young people of Mendoza to improve their individual and collective skills to be part of this modern world.”   In turn, Fernando Montero, COO BGH Tech Partner, said: “Cloud architects and engineers have become highly sought after resources when designing and managing projects in companies and organizations in general. It is an area in which young people from Mendoza specialized in IT will have many possibilities to develop professionally and be able to deploy their full potential, creativity and talent”.  José Ignacio R. Pinto, CTO & Co-Founder of Aeros, commented: “The labor market demands a large number of people certified in this public cloud platform, from our company, we are facilitating democratic access to this knowledge with a proposal close to the students of the province. We’re a team of experts and Fans of Google Cloud, so we want to expand this technical community across the country.” At the closing, Emilce Vega Espinoza, General Director of Employment and Training, highlighted: “BGH is believing in ours in our province. For us it is very important to sit down and that this becomes a reality. Within the framework of this agreement, the company undertakes that people who achieve the corresponding certification will have the possibility of accessing a job interview to provide services on Google. This is in line with the work being done by the Undersecretariat of Industry and Trade to improve the knowledge economy.”  The initiative already has proven and successful experiences in the provinces of Buenos Aires, Tierra del Fuego and, recently, San Juan, where it has been possible to expand and enhance the knowledge of hundreds of young people. Many of them are already part of this prestigious company.   About the selection process
