The Minister spokeswoman of the Government, Camila Vallejo, valued on Thursday the agreement reached by the parties of the ruling party, which contains proposals to reform the new Constitution, in case it is approved in the plebiscite of September 4. ” The Government and the President of the Republic have called for the unity of their coalitions, in working together, in dialogue,” said the Secretary of State at a press point, in the framework of her visit to Talca, Maule region, slogan Radio Bío Bío.
“Obviously, that an agreement can be reached to establish certainties of the route that we are going to follow also from Congress, to win in the exit plebiscite the Approve, is very important and certainly we value it,” he added.
Recall that the parties of the Government presented this Thursday the proposal with modifications to the new Magna Carta.
The agreement contemplates a series of modifications, such as scope for indigenous consultation; limitations on indigenous justice; establish the State of Emergency; eliminate the election of the President, or change the name Justice Systems to the Judiciary.
The pact was signed by the helmsmen of the PPD, Natalia Piergentili; the Liberal Party, Patricio Morales; of Humanist Action, Tomás Hirsch; from the Socialist Party, Paulina Vodanovic; of the Radical Party, Leonardo Cubillos; of Democratic Revolution, Juan Ignacio Latorre; the Social Green Regionalist Federation, Flavia Torrealba; of the Communist Party, Guillermo Teillier; of Commons, Marcos Velarde.

The agreement also had the rubrics of the deputy Lorena Fries, representing the UNIR Movement, and the deputy Diego Ibáñez, representing Social Convergence.
