The justice resolved this afternoon to accept the appeal presented by the Ministry of Security in appeal of complaint and therefore order that the entry to La Bombera of Rafael Di Zeo and Mauro Martín, heads of the bar of Boca Juniors, who intended to attend on Sunday the Superclásico against River.Se it is a resolution of the Chamber IV of the Chamber in the Federal Administrative Litigation, that accepted the appeal of complaint of the portfolio headed by Aníbal Fernández, whose appeal has suspensive effect of the judicial resolution that authorized Di Zeo and Martín to enter the Alberto J. Armando stadium.
In this context, the Chamber decided today “to make room for the de facto appeal, revoke the contested order and, consequently, attribute suspensive effect to the appeal filed by the National State-Ministry of Security against the resolution of 5/9/2022”, with the signatures of Judges Jorge Eduardo Morán and Rogelio Vincenti.
Last Wednesday it was known that Judge Edgardo Walter Lara Correa made room, dated Monday 5, to the request of the lawyers of the heads of the Boca bar for “declaration of unconstitutionality” to the application of the right of admission until April 2023, extended to other members of “La 12”.
The restriction was imposed by the justice in 2016 and renewed in 2019, when the bars appeared before the court and denied the request in the first instance, in the House and in the Supreme Court.
