They launch the trailer of “Lobo Feroz”, the new director Gustavo Hernández

Director Gustavo Hernández is about to release “Lobo Feroz”, his new film that premiered its first official trailer. There, an investigator plays pool, while, in front of a detainee, he begins to narrate a dark version of the folktale: “A girl and a pedophile enter the forest at night. The girl says: ‘Oops, how scary to go through the forest at this hour’, and the pedophile replies: ‘Well, imagine me, I have to go home alone.'” Tone that turns its darkness into more action scenes and even passages with a certain acid humor. The Uruguayan filmmaker is recognized in Argentina, for directing the horror film “No dormirás” (2018), with a cast headed by Eva de Dominici, Eugenia Tobal, Juan Guilera and Belén Rueda. While he was also in charge of other productions such as “Dios local”, “La Casa del Miedo” and “La Casa Muda”, which earned him notable recognition for having been filmed in a single take. “Big Bad Wolves” is the remake of “Big Bad Wolves,” a 2013 Israeli hit film, which even received praise from director Quentin Tarantino. On this occasion and as reported by the US specialized media, Variety, will have a cast of Spanish talents headed by Javier Gutiérrez (“Campeones”), Adriana Ugarte (“Julieta”), Rubén Ochandiano (“Undercover)” and Juana Acosta (“El Inocente”). It is scheduled to premiere on January 27, although at the moment its landing in national theaters is not confirmed.
