Daniel Scioli and his desire to be a presidential candidate: “They count on me”

Through an open letter published on his social networks, the Argentine ambassador to Brazil, Daniel Scioli, slipped his desire to be a presidential candidate and explained his achievements abroad. I was always committed. I was never indifferent. I will not be now, in the maturity of my life and with experience in favor. Loyalty will remain my roadmap,” the text began in its networks. In that sense, the ambassador explained that “I write these lines because I feel the need to respond to all the messages that come through social networks asking about my plans for this year. I think it is convenient to choose the same channel that you used to continue the dialogue about a shared passion: the future of our Argentina. Once again I tell you: count on me. As always.” In addition, he later pointed out his diplomatic achievements as ambassador. “The relationship with Brazil grew to regain the place of first trading partner and reach the record of exchange in the last nine years. All this despite ideological differences. I exercised a diplomacy of results, because first is the Homeland. And because Mercosur is strategic for growth and sustained development,” he said. On the end, Scioli said that “half of the country is less than thirty years old and demands a vision of the future, which is ultimately what unites us. The other half demands a present that rewards their efforts. Here I am. I am the Daniel of always, with more faith and hope than ever. They count on me. I’m counting on you.”
