Lucas González: Police officer accused of planting toy gun arrested

This is Facundo Matías Torres, police of the City, who was arrested in the town of Llavallol, because he is accused of helping to plant the toy gun in the car in which Lucas González was with his three friends at the time they were attacked. At the same time, he pointed out that he was one of the first to reach that corner and that he himself ordered that both Lucas, who at that moment was dying, and his three friends, be handcuffed: “I believed in the modulation of my partner in the armed confrontation and that the men were fleeing.” It should also be noted that of the 14 police officers charged, Cuevas is the only one who was marked by the tracking dogs in the odoriferous tests of the toy gun. In this way, it should be noted that the lawyer of the family of Lucas González, Gregorio Dalbón, and the prosecutors, Guillermo De la Fuente and Gómez Barbella, asked the Office of Transparency of the City Police for the geolocation reports of the motorcycle of the cash Torres and his cell phone to be able to check what was provided by the principal. For the moment, the detainee was housed in a police station and, on Monday, will be investigated by Judge Vanesa Peluffo, in charge of the Criminal and Correctional Court 7.
