Michoacán.- It has been 12 years since a campus of the Institute of Training for Work (Icatmi) was built, said its director, Paola Espinosa.
In the framework of the start of the work of the campus in Villas del Pedregal recognized the initiative of the state government and stressed that a hybrid car repair workshop will be taught, “we are renewing ourselves and generating new trades.”
He reported that the specialties of English, computers, food and beverage preparation, as well as styling will also be taught, given that “80 percent of the people over 15 years old who come to our spaces are women, so we are preparing what is necessary.”

While the governor, Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla stressed that with this Icatmi campus will benefit the inhabitants not only of Villas del Pedregal, but also of surrounding subdivisions, since from January, which should already be completed, it will be able to receive more than 750 students.
In turn, the secretaries of Finance, Luis Navarro, and Public Works, Rogelio Zarazúa reported that this work involves an investment of 15 million 990 thousand 861 pesos, for a construction 4 thousand 800 meters.
While 4 million pesos will be allocated for equipment.
