SCOP puts the accelerator to finish road distributor of the exit to Salamanca

Morelia, Michoacán.- The work of the distributor of the exit to Salamanca works day and night to deliver, next October, the road solution of this artery that will provide mobility and connectivity to the city for the benefit of more than 840 thousand Morelianos, said the Secretariat of Communications and Public Works (SCOP).
The works are part of Michoacán Construye, the most ambitious infrastructure plan in the history of the state and that is why it works on 10 fronts, divided into two shifts with 60 workers and 16 heavy machines, so that this road will have up to 13 different routes, for an average daily traffic of 125 thousand vehicles.
Work has been done on the creation of an elevated viaduct of 366 meters with a rectification of the vertical and horizontal line, a depressed was made from north to south, in addition to turning left towards the Morelos stadium and another towards the supply center, in addition to drilling directed for the storm drainage of 330 linear meters that flows into the river, and the installation of two mechanically stabilized walls of 150 meters each, among other amenities.
With an investment of 583 million pesos, a total of 5 thousand tons of reinforcing steel, 21 thousand 650 cubic meters of concrete, 110 thousand 500 cubic meters of excavation, 8 thousand tons of pre-effort steel, and one thousand 777 concrete piles and reinforcing steel have been allocated that, if all placed in a row, they could give a complete turn to the peripheral of Morelia.
