July recorded temperatures up to 7 degrees above average in northern Argentina

In Córdoba, western Santa Fe and central and eastern Buenos Aires there is “a greater probability that temperatures will be normal or above normal,” the report detailed, while, on the contrary, in western Patagonia “normal or below normal” thermal marks can be expected.
As for the rains, the report details that they will be above normal, they are very favored in Neuquén and the west of the provinces of Río Negro and Chubut, and the northwest of Santa Cruz. In addition, in the north of the Litoral and sectors of the province of Buenos Aires the forecast indicates that rainfall may be normal or higher than the average of the quarter.
