In the midst of the debate of the Rental Law, 67% of the apartments offered for rent in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires have their prices in dollars. According to the data of the report, the median of the studios offered in the Federal Capital is $ 170,000, and as the Minimum Living and Mobile Wage, which in September is $ 118,000, with that income only 69.4% of a rent is covered. In addition, this ratio, which had improved by mid-2022, is now down almost 32 percentage points compared to June 2022, CESO said. In that sense, they indicated that the median of the offers of two-room apartments is $ 220,000 and of those of three rooms, $ 270,000.
