Marcelo Tinelli sued Jonatan Viale for his remarks on his show

Today, Carlos Monti, from his cycle “Entrometidos” released the information of the lawsuit filed by Osvaldo Pereyra, Marcelo Tinelli’s lawyer who sued Jonatan Viale in the Civil Court Number 72, for his statements to LN+. The lawsuit is based on the statements made on October 2 in the editorial made by the journalist “Free Opinions, Sacred Facts” on the LN+ cable signal where he accused the driver of being “corrupt and a drug trafficker.”  The lawsuit is for “damages” and if the requested sum is won, it would be donated to the Garraham Hospital, Laura Ubfal revealed on her blog. At the same time, he reviewed the beginnings of this anger among the drivers, recalling the presence of Martín Insaurralde on the dance floor of Bailando in 2014 when his ex-wife Jésica Cirio was a participant in the contest and for which, according to Viale, Tinelli would receive some money. “Is Tinelli going to tell one day how much money he received from Lomas de Zamora to take to Insaurralde?” said Jonatan from LN+ while pointing out: “It is a corrupt system (…) corrupt TV presenters.”  Likewise, Carlos Monti said that on Jonatan Viale’s side there was no response since he never found out that he had a summons for mediation and that is why he did not show up. When he didn’t go, the issue went straight to trial.
