Zitácuaro, Mich.- The driver of a cargo truck lost his life when he plunged with his unit into a ravine 50 meters deep, on the borders of the State of Mexico and Michoacán.The fatal accident occurred on the Zitácuaro – Toluca free highway, at kilometer 31, in the vicinity of the town of Macho de Agua, being reported by some motorists. The Zitácuaro Fire Department immediately moved to the site, and upon checking the area, they located the destroyed truck at the bottom of a slope. With rappelling equipment, the rescuers descended and found the cab of the trailer crushed by its container and inside was the driver pressed, his driver already lifeless.
