Morelia, Michoacán. – In order to provide immediate attention in case of a medical emergency during the Easter holiday period, the security device that is implemented has two air ambulances, according to a statement from the State Government.Through the Regulatory Center for Medical Emergencies (CRUM) of the Ministry of Health of Michoacán (SSM) and the Ministry of Public Security (SSP), The two aircraft are operated and are equipped with what is necessary to provide timely support. These ambulances are staffed by doctors, paramedics, nurses and a flight captain to carry out the transfer of patients who require medical attention. The state authorities said that during the holiday period the 27 hospitals in the state will continue to operate permanently. Similarly, by land, the security operation has 40 ambulances that provide care in the places of greatest attendance, such as the Michoacan Coast and the beach area. Likewise, there are vehicles such as fire units, patrols, road assistance, four jet skis and 39 lifeguards that will be carrying out relief work, mainly on the 12 most visited beaches, which are located in Lázaro Cárdenas, Aquila and Coahuayana.
