Morelia, Mich.- The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Michoacán (FGE) obtained from a Judge of Control, linked to trial against five male persons for their possible relationship in the crime of qualified, unlawful homicide committed in this city, in 2019.
This is John Paul C; Michael B; Luis Alfredo C; José Leobardo V; and Cesar Adrián H., who, according to the data in the Research Folder, on September 12, 2019 deprived José Cruz D of life.
Derived from the investigations it could be established that, that day around midnight, the defendants met the victim in the streets Jacarandas and Camelinas of the colony Expansion Leandro Valle of this city, whom they had attached with the firearms they carried which at one point acted against them.
For these reasons, the Specialized Unit for the Investigation and Prosecution of Intentional Homicide, Doloso Homicide against Women and Femicide, began investigations which allowed the arrest of the now accused.

John Paul C; Michael B; Luis Alfredo C; José Leobardo V; and Cesar Adrián H., were presented to the Control Judge who after assessing the evidence provided decided to link them to the process, set informal pre-trial detention as a precautionary measure and three months for the further investigation.
