Gilberto, from reception to maintenance

Two weeks of Rocha’s rule and the skein is still entangled, while some barely discover the tip of the strand. I wish and that this world was full of Gilbertos, everything would be different. A few years ago, two families went on vacation together to Mazatlan in the high season of summer, we had not booked a hotel, so it was before, you came to look, as part of the adventure. We toured the boardwalk and nothing or an unoccupied bed in any hotel, already at night we found availability in the “PB” (White Duck, not Pretty Town) here by the marina, the attentive receptionist, young, affable, dressed in khaki, identified with us: “Gilberto to assist you”. We checked in, and suddenly Gilberto left the reception and got to the command: “I am also a bellhop and I will guide you to the parking lot, where I take care of the cars,” he told us. Ah hey! He immediately took the suitcases to the room he assigned us and prepared the beds for us: “Ready, welcome.” As soon as he went down, and we realized that the air conditioning was not working and we called the reception, in a matter of seconds Gilberto appeared with a toolbox in hand and blew up the refrigeration. We did not miss the desire to enjoy a dip in the pool and try some of the snack, and what do you think?, there was Gilberto serving drinks and snacks. “We asked him” “Yes”, I am also a waiter, and if you wish, on my day of rest I can take you fishing, I am also a tourist guide and boat captain” -He replied with pride. What a hard blow!
