The Government of Mexico City said that on Tuesday, May 25, the first dose of the anti-vid vaccine will begin in adults 50 to 59 years old in the mayoralties of Coyoacán, Tlalpan, Venustiano Carranza, Azcapotzalco, Benito Juárez, Miguel Hidalgo and Alvaro Obregón.
The capital authorities reported that this new phase aims to vaccinate 526,210 adults in this age range.
So far, 531,103 adults aged 50 to 59 have been vaccinated, representing 42 percent of an estimated 1,256,100 people of these ages.
It was also reported that from 1 to 5 June the second dose will be applied to people over 60 years of age in Benito Juárez, Alvaro Obregón and Cuauhtémoc.

First dose in six mayoralties
From Tuesday 25 to Saturday, May 29, residents of the mayors Coyoacán, Tlalpan, Venustiano Carranza, Azcapotzalco, Benito Juárez, Miguel Hidalgo and Alvaro Obregón will be vaccinated from Tuesday, 25 to Saturday, May 29.
In these mayors except Alvaro Obregón, the biological of Pfizer BioNTech, whose interval between the two doses is 21 and 42 days, will be applied.
For residents of Alvaro Obregón, the use of the Sputnik V vaccine, whose interval between doses is between 21 and 90 days, was designated.

Alvaro Obregón: 99,765 people will be vaccinated at Expo Santa Fe and the University of police.
Coyoacán: 90,439 people will be vaccinated at the University City Exhibition Centre and CENCIS Marina.
Tlalpan: 87,347 people will be vaccinated here in Six Flags Mexico and Prepa 5.
Venustiano Carranza: 67,837 people will be vaccinated at the Palace of Sports (Pavilions).
Benito Juarez: 61,001 people will be vaccinated at the Pepsi Center.
Miguel Hidalgo: 53,927 people will be vaccinated here at the Benemérita National School of Teachers.
Azcapotzalco: 65,894 people will be vaccinated at Arena Mexico City.
Second dose for adults over 60
From Tuesday 1 June to Saturday 5 June, the second dose of AstraZeneca vaccine will be applied to people over 60 years of age in the mayoralties of Benito Juárez, Alvaro Obregón and Cuauhtémoc.
People registered in these mayors will receive a message with the location, day and vaccination schedule next Saturday, May 29.
Conditions for vaccination
According to the capital authorities, to be vaccinated you need to know the CURP or take it to speed up the process.
Carry an ID or birth certificate to prove age.

The CDMX government noted that until 10:00 this Saturday, May 22, 234,536 people have been inoculated working in schools.
