the Federation of teachers of the universities (FEDUN) accepted the wage proposal made by the Government earlier in the week that foresees increases according to charge them s, with revisions in December and February.
The increase consists of the granting of a lump sum salary is non refundable which, added to 15% awarded in 3 segments until September, will mean an increase of between 24% and 26% in the teaching salary.
According to the signed Act, the increases will be 24% for the offices of headlines, 25% in the case of attachments, a 25.5% for the heads of practicals (JTP), and 26% for assistants, percentages that will be reflected in the pay of October already.
Also added a “guarantee of revision of salary scales” in relation to inflation, in two tranches.

The commitment to incorporate granted additional percentages to the basic salary, and to continue with the recomposition of the hierarchical teaching scale was established in the agreement.
From the guilds they explained that despite having fixed the wage increase “we will maintain the State of alert and will closely follow upcoming revisions” and also fight because in 2019 budget increase in educational games.
