REYNOSA, Tamaulipas (agency reform).-in the midst of a strong security operation, 29 inmates of high dangerousness were yesterday transferred from prisons in Tamaulipas to federal criminal, outside of the entity, according to local public security secretariat confirmed. The inmates were held on Altamira, Ciudad Victoria, Reynosa, Nuevo Laredo and Matamoros, and are related to the common agenda and federal offences.
among the removed, they said, were subjects responsible for the high wave of violence in the State, especially at the border. According to official sources allegedly transferred inmates belonged to the Gulf Cartel, Alberto Blanco Flores (El Pelochas or Metro 28), Petronilo Moreno Flores (M100 or El Panilo), Víctor Manuel Pérez Rico (El Pantera 16 or commander rich), and José Víctor Purple Diaz (the Chore). During the RAID participated bodies riot, military personnel, State police, special police and members of the Ministerial Investigadora.El transfer, they pointed out, form part of the arrangements for coordination between the Federation and the Government of the State, based on the agreement for detention of processed and internal of the common jurisdiction and Sentenciados in the Federal jurisdiction.
