Fifth Chamber of the Santiago appeals court ruled unanimously on Wednesday revoked the processing and dismiss the charges against the retired general Bruno Villalobos. Villalobos’s lawyer, Angel Valencia, said on that occasion that “indictment is to be revoked because we understand that it does not conform to the merit of the process”, which eventually realized it.
