After that the circular was issued, insurers appealed the Superintendent’s office and its resources were rejected because the regulation is “adjusted to law and the principles of social security which must determine the actions of this body”. As mentioned the morning, however, the same document noted that “considering the economic impact will be instructed, as the isapres must effectively reduce the price paying contributors when any of the factors age of the beneficiaries of the plan, not being able to apply the increases referred to in the same tables of factors, it is estimated prudent to defer the entry into force of the contested circular”.
