Damascus.-at least 11 children have died this week in the refugee camp of to the Hol in the Syrian province of to the Hasaka, bringing to 271 the number of children killed since January in the said site, according to the Syrian Observatory of rights Humanos.En a statement This NGO said that it has documented the “death of 11 new children as a result of poor sanitary conditions and life” since last Saturday, which had been informed of the death of 7 children during the previous week. With these data, the Observatory said that since January the number of children who died in one of the camps of displaced persons in Syria amounts to 271.Asimismo, the NGO, based in the United Kingdom but with a wide network of partners on the ground reported that this ‘humanitarian catastrophe’ is due to the lack of food, medicines and medical care “as a result of the inaction of the international organizations”.
