“In the face of public knowledge – about the misuse of the internal communication system of aircraft – we make available to our customers the following contact channels,” the airline posted on its page, where it also left an email and a ‘ contact form’ at the customer service center. 

“As a result of current aero-commercial policy, today we have companies that cannot pay wages, have suspended their operations, reduced the endowments of pilots with undercover layoffs or shrinking by returning planes, raising destinations and cutting frequencies,” says a commander in the viralized video. This is just one more chapter in the fight between the company, the Ministry of Transport and the guilds of pilots, which they often surprise with surprise stoppages.
