Chicago. The young singer-songwriter is hospitalized in Illinois after receiving one of the projectiles in his neck. The attack according to the officer’s report occurred at 167th Street and Pulaski Road, where they came to the call and upon arrival they found an abandoned vehicle full of blood in one of the seats.
According to international media reports, Lil Reese was chased by a vehicle while driving a pickup truck, at one point being hit by the attackers who began firing. Witnesses say at least 12 detonations were heard. After the attack, the rapper was hospitalized at South Suburban in Hazel Crest, however, for his complicated health was transferred to Advocate Christ Medical Center, in Oak Lawn, where he was said to receive better treatment.
Hours later a police source identified the rapper as Tavares Taylor, which is the real name of the hit performer such as Distance and Nobody Knows.
So far the motive for the aggression is unknown, in addition to having not been arrested any of those responsible, but investigations that focus on a Wisconsin plate will continue.
