Uruapan, Michoacán.- The body of a man who was slit and completely naked was found on Tuesday in the streets of the Inguambal colony, located in this city of Uruapan, where the staff of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office of Justice moved to initiate investigations in relation to the subject. Neighbors reported what happened to emergency number 911.
