Sunday afternoon was revealed the first official trailer for Wonder Woman 1984, the long-awaited sequel to Wonder Woman by DC Comics in CCXP in Brazil and with Gal Gadot as the protagonist. The sequel’s story unfolds in 1984 unlike the first film from the great DC Comics superhero that was developed in 1918.
Among the most notable characters are Kristen Wiig as Cheetah, villain of this film and the appearance of Chris Pine as Steve Trevor.With Patty Jenkins again as director, the film travels until the 80s and uses the group’s song Blue Monday British New Order as the soundtrack to the trailer that already circulates all over the Internet with a lot of excitement for its fans. Wonder Woman 1984 is set in the 1980s, when Wonder Woman faces an entirely new enemy: The Cheetah. As previously announced, the film will feature incredible appearances such as Kristen Wiig as The Cheetah, in addition to the aforementioned Pedro Pascal and Chris Pine returns as Steve Trevor.
The sequel to the film Wonder Woman has become one of the most anticipated films by DC Comics fans and will be released in theaters On June 5, 2020.
