The nation’s Ministry of Health unveiled the evening part of June 8 and revealed that on this day 826 new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed. With these records, they add up to 23,620 positives in the country. Of the total of these cases, 986 (4.2%) imported, 9,822 (41.6%) are close contacts of confirmed cases, 8,919 (37.8%) are cases of community circulation and the rest is in epidemiological research.
Since the last report issued in the morning, where 6 muetes were confirmed, 23 new deaths were recorded at the end of the day. 14 men, eight residents in the province of Buenos Aires; three from the City of Buenos Aires (CABA); one of Chaco province; one resident in the province of Tucumán and one in the province of Río Negro.In addition, there were nine women, three in the province of Buenos Aires, five in the city of Buenos Aires (CABA); and one in Rio Negro province.
