Mexico City.-The Secretariat of the Civil Service (SFP) and the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (Inegi) will develop a risk map of corruption in public procedures and services. In a statement, the SFP reported that this is one of the products agreed during the installation of the Specialized Technical Committee on Corruption Information, which this day was met for the first time. In addition to the risk map, the Secretariat said, work will also be done on the development of the Technical Standard for the National Classification of Administrative Responsibilities for statistical purposes, a Model for the Measurement of Impunity and a collection of information on the National Anti-Corruption System and State Anti-Corruption Systems.
“At this First 2020 Ordinary Meeting of the Technical Committee, conducted virtually for the health contingency, the integration dynamics of the 2020-2025 Work Programme were also addressed, as well as the most relevant aspects of the Rules for the Integration and Operation of the Specialized Technical Committees of the National Information Subsystems,” the SFP said.
During the meeting, the Secretariat indicated, the owner of the unit, Irma Eréndira Sandoval, said that the Committee would allow for elements to design and evaluate public policies closer to people.
“Today we want information that will serve citizens to better monitor their governments; and allow us to fight corruption by the authorities where it hurts citizens the most,” he said.
