Nuevo León, Mexico.- Elements of the National Guard recovered approximately 54 thousand 510 liters of hydrocarbon in a road stretch of the state of Nuevo León.
It was at kilometer 027+700 of the Monterrey-Nuevo León highway, municipality of General Zuazua, where national guards located a tractor-trailer coupled to a semi-trailer and trailer type tank, which did not carry the double-trailer decal with authorization on its side parts, thus violating the Regulations of Transit in Roads and Bridges of Federal Jurisdiction.
When intercepted to lift the corresponding infringement, the driver stated to the federal elements carrying fuel, however he did not have the corresponding documents to certify the legal origin of the energy resource.
