García Harfuch accused the Jalisco New Generation Cartel of being behind the bombing. However in the video man does not identify himself as a member of any criminal group.
The man accused the official having links to organized crime.
“I tell the president that people like you leave him out. Don’t expose innocent agents who don’t know they care for a charole narco, who is dedicated to killing for pay and charging dearly.”
He added that he has received support from his relatives to have “good positions in government” so they should “audit him.”

Omar García Harfuch is the son of Javier García Paniagua who was the head of the Federal Directorate of Security (DFS) government agency for torture and enforced disappearances in the 1970s.
The owner of the capital SSC is the grandson of General Marcelino García Barragán who was secretary of defense during the six-year-old of Gustavo Díaz Ordaz. Barragán was at the helm of the Mexican Army during the 1968 student crackdown.
“You’ve squat in a tray like your father did, ” said the man in the video. “I’m going to show you that I’m smarter than you, we don’t mess with family,” he said.
To finish with the phrase: “Take care, I’m not going to take my finger off the line.”
