Morelia, Michoacán.- Through a statement the City council of Morelia announces that during this second year of government of the mayor, Raúl Morón, synergies have been generated that generate business human resources to face the health contingency by COVID-19. The Secretariat of Economic Development, which is responsible for Gabriela Molina Aguilar, has implemented technological strategies to transmit videoconferences to the reach of the citizens, which the trainers manage to promote with topics such as: digital marketing; covid-19 health management; elaboration of the business plan; financial competitiveness; enterprise solutions lab; QR code; economic reflections in covid-19 time: analysis of consumer behaviour; different workshops related to cooperativism; and the social economy among others.

To serve MSMEs in the trainings that require the use of new information and communication techniques (ICTs) in this New Normal, different video conferencing platforms are used, where highly trained personnel persuade the audience to use to the extent of their possibilities, technology and networks from digital marketing, to business models such as CANVAS or QR codes among other benefits.
With the “Training Wednesdays”, in conjunction with the National Chamber of Commerce (CANACO), videoconferences have been held at times from 16:00 to 20:00 hours, also every Thursday from the Directorate of Entrepreneurship and Innovation of SEFECO and on Tuesdays with the support of the Directorate of Social Economy and Municipal Solidarity.
