All the politicians mentioned by Emilio Lozoya in his complaint for the case of Odebrecht’s bribes claim that his sayings are false and that the former director of Pemex will have to prove them.
On Wednesday, the document of lozoya Austin’s complaint to the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic (FGR) mentioning former Presidents Carlos Salinas de Gortari, Enrique Peña Nieto and Felipe Calderón was published.
In addition to the former presidential candidates Ricardo Anaya and José Antonio Meade, among other politicians and governors such as Francisco Javier Cabeza de Vaca, representative of Tamaulipas and Francisco Domínguez Servién de Querétaro.

Those mentioned reacted through their social networks disqualifying the sayings of Emilio Lozoya. However, the two most noted, former President Peña Nieto and his secret of Hacienda, Luis Videgaray have not spoken out about it.
Former President Calderón called the accusations against him “ridiculous” and said the Lozoya case is used by López Obrador as an instrument of revenge.

The former PRESIDENTIAL candidate of the PRI, José Antonio Meade, said that as an official he always acted with absolute honorability and legality.
“I will be respectful of investigations. I anticipated the authority that I am formally traceable. I won’t have to pay for media scandals,” he said on Twitter.

The former PAN presidential candidate Ricardo Anaya said in a video that he will sue Lozoya for moral damage for accusing him of receiving 6.8 million pesos to secure the approval of the energy reform.
“Don’t dream that I’m going to leave. They’re going to run into a wall with me. I don’t care how long it takes me, I’ll defend my honor and keep fighting to change Mexico,” he said.

On Thursday morning Anaya filed a complaint against Lozoya for his signaling.
As I anticipated, today I brought legal action before the Federal Judiciary, in order to sue Emilio Lozoya for moral harm.
Now I’m the one who’s taking the case before a judge, so that the facts are investigated and the evidence assessed.

The governor of Tamaulipas, the panista Francisco Javier Cabeza de Vaca reiterated – as he said at the Meeting meeting – that he will not allow them to use his name for electoral purposes and that he will respond to the “lies of the confessed criminal Lozoya”.
The representative filed with the FGR a petition to hear about the inquiry against him, said that it is traceable and appointed among his lawyers former ansenador Roberto Gil Zuarth.

Former panista speaker Jorge Luis Lavalle Maury also delinfied the accusations and said that “Emilio Lozoya cannot prove his sayings, for the simple reason that they are outright false.”

In a statement on the denunciation and mention of panlist characters, the National Action Party accused that the former director of Pemex has become “a strategic ally of President López Obrador, to denigrate Acción Nacional which is the alternative to the failure of the Morenist government, because they know that we can beat them in 2021”.
Lozoya’s complaint, he said, “contains his sayings, now he must prove them.”

José Antonio González Anaya, also former director of Pemex, nehe turned the signs against him and said they lack sustenment and logic. According to the complaint, González Anaya received four million 390 thousand pesos. “Unproven claim is defamation,” he said.
