Ryan Reynolds is back and we can now take a look at what’s new for the big screen: “Free Guy.” This is the next 20th Century Fox film that estimates reaching the big screen by the end of this year, of course, if the coronavirus pandemic allows it. Remember many premieres decided to book their arrival on the big screen for next year, some examples of this are the Marvel Studios films, “Black Widow” and “Eternals” until “No time to die”, all postponed by 2021.
“Free Guy” tells the story, just from Guy (Reynolds), a bank teller who discovers that he is actually a supporting character in a video game, so he will decide to take the reins of his life and save his world and become the protagonist of his own story.
In recent hours, a new advance was unveiled that anticipates that we will be facing an action plot with comedy passages – one of Reynolds’ greatest forts – with interesting special effects.

The actor, noted for playing the antihero Deadpool comes from last year’s release “Detective Pikachu”, another adaptation of the video game and references to the anime. Now, he will become a character who discovers that his reality is not what he thought.They complete the cast figures such as Jodie Comer (“Killing Eve”), Joe Keery (“Stranger Things”), Lil Rel Howery (“Get out”), Utkarsh Ambudkar (“Perfect Rhythm”) and Taika Waititi (“Jojo Rabbit”). The film is directed by Shawn Levy (“A Night at the Museum”) from a story by Matt Lieberman and a screenplay by Lieberman and Zak Penn. And he plans to make it to theaters on December 11.
