Global CASES of COVID-19 have surpassed 39 million this Saturday (17.10.2020), adding up one million more than just four days ago. In addition to the continued spread of coronavirus, detection capacity has multiplied worldwide, making them positive that previously went unnoticed.
In the last 24 hours, an additional 234,058 cases were reported, according to statistics released by the World Health Organization (WHO). Daily deaths were 4,489, with the total deaths of COVID-19 totaling 1.099 million.
