A suspected terrorist attack in the vicinity of a synagogue in central Vienna, Austria, left at least two dead and several people injured.
The shooting happened this Monday night. On his Twitter account, the Vienna Police reported that six different locations were attacked.
The same source detailed that one of the deceased is one of the perpetrators of the attack, while among the injured people is a police officer.

According to early reports, the attack was perpetrated by several subjects. Local police repelled the assault and desed one of the attackers. The others managed to escape.
A witness, interrogated by a television network, said he saw “running a person with an automatic gun, firing” intensely.
Another witness speaks “of at least 50 shots.” “So far it is not possible to say whether the synagogue was the target,” Oskar Deutsch, president of the Israelite Community of Vienna (IKG) said on Twitter.
On their Twitter account, the Vienna Police asked people not to leave their homes or approach the area as they are still searching for several armed subjects.
Austrian Interior Minister Karl Nehammer stressed the importance of staying home and said in interview with local media that “it looks like it was a terrorist attack.”
Videos of the time of the shooting circulate on social media, with some observing the moment one of the suspected terrorists fires his weapon against people and police.
