Mexico City.- As every year the Basque press of Quiroga that is delivered by the City Council of Pátzcuaro was awarded, but this time the building of Pátzcuaro, Víctor Báez Ceja, went to Mexico City to deliver it in person to Dr. Hugo López-Gatell.
Through a post on his Twitter account, the edil announced that the preseea was handed over to the undersecretary of Prevention and Health Promotion, who indicated, received the award with “simplicity and humanity”.

It should be noted that this issue was granted to all health personnel, who have been at the helm giving the battle to covid-19, but was received by Dr. Gatell, who has been questioned for the management of the pandemic.

It seems that the Basque press of Quiroga is given to those closest to the edil, because in the two administrations it carries, it has always been received by great personalities and that they do not necessarily represent their city.
Among them are journalist Carmen Aristegui, actor Damián Alcázar, engineer Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas, among others.
