El Fuerte, Sinaloa.- The carrier Carlos Ramírez Ruiz recognized his aspirations to seek the municipal presidency of El Fuerte.He stated that if conditions permit, he has an interest in participating as an aspirant to the municipal presidency of El Fuerte by the PRI.

He said he was a native of the Suffrage ejido and aspired to have a better municipality with more development opportunities for all, as an improvement in the various public services was required for the benefit of the entire population.
He stated that he had the proper preparation to seek maximum municipal representation, as he has held in various administrations some public positions that give him experience and trust. The carrier recognized his aspirations to seek the presidency of El Fuerte.
