The actress is filming the fourth season of Stranger Things and days ago it was known that she signed an exclusivity contract with Netflix to be one of the stars of the platform. The 16-year-old just scored another film on her list. It is The Electric State and will be directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, the directors of Avengers: Infinity Wat and Endgame.

The story takes place in the 1990s in the United States, where a runaway teenage girl escapes alongside a small toy robot, sent by her missing brother. Both must travel west, crowded with robots, drones and conspiracies in which they will be engulfed. Originally the film was to be directed by Argentine Andy Muschietti, who eventually opted to move on with the solo film The Flash.There are still no greater details of the cast that will accompany Bobby Brown in the film, but screenwriter Christopher Markus confirmed that much of the cast will be women. It’s certainly a collaboration that fans are waiting for, although it could be quite a while before its premiere. Filming of the film is scheduled for early 2021 or 2022, depending on how the agendas of the parties involved are resolved. Meanwhile, Millie Bobby Brown will be seen in the fourth season of Stranger Things coming next year, just like Godzilla vs. Godzilla. Kong which opens in May 2021.
